Payment and Order Information
  • ① The payment method for all our products is by bank transfer or card payment.
  • ② In the case of deposit without a bankbook, the order will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not processed within 2 days after ordering. - When making out-of-period deposits, you must contact the customer center or bulletin board to complete the order process normally.
  • ③ Reservation products can be paid separately by reservation fee and balance payment. (Reservation fee and full refund are also possible.)
  • ④ The order confirmation of Lofa Studio will be reflected in the order of pre-order. (Preparation of order is a priority, not a priority for depositors.)
  • If you want to issue a ⑤ tax invoice, please select and enter the information when paying.
Information on cancellation/refund of reservation
  • ① Refund is available within 7 days of initial reservation.
  • ② No refund is available for balance payments processed after your order is received.
  • ③ In principle, there is no refund for cancellations after 7 days.
  • ④ If we exceptionally accept cancellation, the reservation fee will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.
  • In the case of a ⑤ preorder, a refund due to reasons attributable to the order, such as a change of mind, is absolutely not possible.
  • Please note that our website will not be available if ⑥ members cancel more than 3 times.
Preorder Guide
  • ① Only those who agree to the "Pryoder" policy should purchase the product. * If you disagree with the policy, please refrain from purchasing.
  • ② The warehousing schedule initially listed on the company's website varies depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
  • ③ Due to the preorder characteristics of the figure, we would like to inform you that the order cannot be canceled due to the delay in the warehousing schedule.
  • ④ After paying the reservation fee, we will send you a text message to inform you of the balance payment only for those who made a reservation when the product's warehousing time approaches.
  • ⑤ balance payment must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of text.
Recipient Change/Transfer Notice
  • ① If you want to change recipient information, please apply through the customer center or website bulletin board.
  • ② If you modify your order in a different way, it will not be reflected normally.
    In addition, to prevent misdelivery, all our products are not transferred or transferred.
Guide to Warranty
  • ① All warranties will be carried out according to the manufacturer's warranty regulations, and repair should be received within 7 days of receipt (including non-business days) by DM or e-mail.
